Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have tied the knot again! After secretly marrying in May, the couple celebrated with a second wedding in Italy, sharing photos from the special day on Instagram on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
Brown posted a heartfelt message alongside a carousel of images from the celebration, captioning it, “Forever and always, your wife.” The photos revealed glimpses of her two stunning bridal gowns. Bongiovi, 22, also shared his own set of images, captioning them, “Forever and always, your husband,” which included a touching photo with his father, Jon Bon Jovi.
For the ceremony, the Stranger Things star wore a custom Galia Lahav gown adorned with intricate lace details and paired it with a matching lace-detailed veil. She later changed into an off-the-shoulder satin gown for the evening, while keeping her makeup and jewelry simple. Bongiovi opted for an ivory tuxedo jacket, black pants, a white shirt, and a black bow tie.
The couple’s first ceremony in May was a small, intimate affair, attended by close family, including Bongiovi’s famous parents, Jon Bon Jovi and Dorothea Bongiovi, as well as Brown’s parents. According to The Sun, the event was low-key and romantic, with just their closest family members present. Jon Bon Jovi confirmed the marriage later that month on The One Show, sharing that it was a small family wedding and complimenting how beautiful the bride looked.

Days after their private wedding, the couple was spotted in the Hamptons, both wearing wedding rings. Brown gave fans a closer look at her new ring in a beauty routine video she shared on Instagram in late May. The newlyweds later enjoyed a celebratory outing to Universal Studios in Florida in June, with Brown proudly sporting denim shorts that read “wifey” and a white hat emblazoned with “wife of the party.”
Brown and Bongiovi first sparked romance rumors in June 2021, after Jake posted a selfie with Brown on Instagram. By November of that year, they were Instagram official, sharing a photo of the couple kissing on the London Eye. Throughout 2022, they attended several red carpet events together, including the season 4 premiere of Stranger Things, and frequently shared loving snapshots on social media.

In a Wired interview, Brown revealed that the pair initially met on Instagram and were friends before their relationship blossomed. Their bond grew stronger over time, and by the start of 2023, Brown referred to Jake as her “partner for life” in a New Year’s Day post. On Brown’s 19th birthday in February, Jake called her “the girl of my dreams” in a sweet Instagram tribute.
In April 2023, the couple announced their engagement with a black-and-white photo of the two embracing, captioned with a line from Taylor Swift’s song “Lover”: “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all.” Jon Bon Jovi later confirmed the engagement in an interview, sharing his approval and emphasizing the importance of growing together in a relationship.
In an August 2023 interview with The Sunday Times, Brown reflected on the moment she knew Jake was “the one.” She shared that after meeting him, she never wanted to be apart from him. “You can’t pinpoint why someone is ‘the one,'” she said, “it’s just a feeling.”

Brown also shared a sentimental detail about Jake’s proposal, revealing that he used one of her mother’s rings, a piece she had always admired. Jake proposed during a scuba diving trip, presenting her with a shell that contained the ring underwater, a memory Brown later shared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon in February 2024.
