Shortly after, Cardi seemed to confirm the accusation by posting on X, “AND DID !!!!!!”

The timing of the alleged incident remains unclear, but it comes after Cardi filed for divorce from Offset for the second time in July. During her Instagram Live session, the “I Like It” rapper aired her grievances with her estranged husband, claiming he had threatened to take back gifts he had bought her because she was moving on from their relationship.
“You know what I find so crazy? That a n—a thinks they can just buy a b***h,” Cardi said. “I love nice things, but you can’t buy me no more, motherf—ker. It’s so crazy that a n—a thinks that’s enough. It’s not enough, honey.”
She continued, “I find it funny that n—as think they can f–k around, but when I start talking to other n—as, you want to threaten me by taking away things I worked my ass off for. You wanna play those games? We gon’ play them games, too.”
Cardi, 31, filed for divorce from Offset, 32, on July 31 after nearly six years of marriage. Despite speculation that Offset’s infidelity was the cause, a source told Page Six at the time that it was simply a matter of the couple growing apart. “They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else,” the insider said. “This is something she wants to do.”
Cardi is seeking primary custody of their three children: daughter Kulture, 6, son Wave, 3, and a newborn daughter, whose name has not yet been announced. The rapper gave birth to her third child on Sept. 7, just over a month after filing for divorce.
Cardi and Offset, who tied the knot in 2017, have had a tumultuous relationship, with Cardi previously filing for divorce in 2020 before reconciling. Now, with tensions running high once again, it seems their split may be permanent.
